Today I leave for Chicago with some sweet Dickinson youth and leaders to meet up with over 180 other youth and leaders from across North Dakota, Montana, and Minnesota. We are heading into the south side projects and neighborhoods for a week. We are going to do work projects, vacation bible school, and youth and adult rallies. I have such an expectant heart right now! God is going to move in the people of Chicago and also in the lives of the youth and leaders that are coming to bring the Good News! God has a plan and it is good! I have been praying for Divine appointments for all and especially for myself. I want to be used by God to the fullest that God knows that I can excel at. He knows me better than I know myself! I will do whatever the Holy Spirit leads me to do this coming week! I will be used by God! We are called to go out among the nations and be His witnesses. (Acts 1:8) I want to do just that! I will go wherever you want me to go, I will say and do whatever you tell me to say and do because I know You are for me and not against me. I am with You heart and soul Lord. Lives are going to be changed! Greater things are still to be done in the city of Chicago! It is God's City!
Lord, You are my shield, my wonderful God who gives me courage. ~Psalm 3:3
You are my protection Lord. Give me the courage, wisdom, knowledge, and strength to do all the wonders you want to do through me this week. Through you alone I can accomplish Your calling!
I can do all things through Jesus who gives me strength! Philippians 4:13
